FAQ

How can I order fuel?

To order fuel from ENOC Link, you will need to download our mobile app. You can download the ENOC Link app from either the Apple App Store or Google Play store to get started. To find the app, open up the App Store if you are on an iOS device or the Play Store if you are on an Android device, and search for ENOC Link. Simply tap to download the app.

Once you have the app, create an account with a few simple details and you are ready to go. Pick the location and time you would like to have fuel delivered, then enter your car details and payment information. You can book 15 mins slots up to 3 days in advance in areas that we serve.

Do I need to be at my car when you deliver?

If you will not be at your car at the time you have booked, please ensure your fuel flap is open and fuel cap is unlocked so that our operators can fuel your car. If you know you won't be available when you book, please set this preference in the app during as you make your booking.

Please be aware you may be charged the 10AED delivery fee if we arrive and cannot fuel your car due to a locked fuel cap if you are not present.

How much does it cost?

ENOC Link always charges the same price as the pump. Once we have delivered fuel, we will charge you the current pump price for that day multiplied by  the number of litres delivered, plus a small delivery fee.

We charge a fee of 10AED per delivery. Depending on your location, some of our property partners will offer you discounts on the delivery fee for fueling at their premises.

Where do you deliver?

We are currently working with community developers and premises managers to provide fuel delivery services to key locations across the region. To see where we deliver, download our app or look out for the ENOC Link billboards, banners, and flags.
We also operate a pop-up fuel service. If you see an ENOC Link van parked, our operators will be happy to fuel your car just like at a gas station. They can take payments by credit or debit card there and then.

What payment methods are available? Can I pay by cash?

ENOC Link accepts payments from a wide range of debit and credit cards. When you order for the first time you can securely set up your preferred payment method, which will then be charged once we have delivered fuel to your vehicle. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express, cash payments, VIP or fuel cards at the moment.

Can I book recurrent slots?

Booking recurrent slots is only available to business customers at the moment. If you would like this feature, or have any other feature requests please email our team at support@enoclink.ae or call 800-ENOCLINK.

Who will deliver my fuel?

Your fuel will be delivered by uniformed ENOC Link operators, driving distinctive dark blue ENOC Link fuel trucks. Our operators are fully trained in safe and professional fueling operations to ensure you get the highest level of service when ordering from ENOC Link.

How much fuel will you deliver?

When you book a fuel delivery through ENOC Link we will fill your vehicles tank to the top unless you instruct us otherwise.

If you wish to have a smaller amount delivered, please be present at your vehicle at your booked time to instruct our operators of how much fuel you would like to be delivered, or leave a note of the desired amount when you place your order.

Do I need to be with my vehicle?

You do not need to be at your vehicle for fuel delivery as long as you leave your fuel flap open and fuel cap unlocked in advance of your booked time (On most cars if you open the flap and then lock the vehicle you can leave the fuel cap open whilst the vehicle remains secure). Our operator will then fuel your vehicle until the tank is full, and send you a receipt of the final amount. We will charge your card once fueling is complete.

Please note that if you book and are not present at the delivery time, we may charge you the delivery fee if we cannot fuel your vehicle due to the fuel flap or cap being locked.

Do I need to leave my fuel flap and cap unlocked?

If you do not want to leave your fuel flap and cap unlocked, please ensure you are at your vehicle during your delivery time to open these for our operators.

Please note that if you book and are not present at the delivery time, we may charge you the delivery fee if we cannot fuel your vehicle due to the fuel flat or cap being locked.

How do you measure the amount of fuel delivered?

Our trucks are equipped with nationally certified smart meters that are connected to our cloud based fuel ticketing system. This ensures a highly accurate reading of exactly how much fuel has been pumped into your vehicle. You can actually watch the volume delivered count up on your ENOC Link app as we pump the fuel into your car.

How do I change my booking time?

he easiest way to change your booking time is to cancel your order and book again. We do not charge for cancellations made in advance.

To cancel and rebook, open the ENOC Link app and tap the ‘cancel booking’ link on your order confirmation. Once cancelled, mark where your car is parked with the pin and select a new time slot. All your car, fuel and payment details will be autofilled based on your previous booking.

Can I move my car after I placed an order?

If you have moved your car after placing an order, we would recommend canceling your order and booking a new slot. We do not charge cancelations and this ensures that we can still serve you in a timely fashion and locate your vehicle. Please note that if your vehicle is not at the location you have marked for delivery, you may be charged the 10AED delivery fee.

How do I cancel a booking?

You can cancel a booking at any time through the app before your scheduled delivery time. Simply open the ENOC Link app and tap cancel booking on your booking confirmation. We do not charge you for doing this.

If you need to change your car details, car location or time slot - just cancel your booking and create a new one.

Where can I find my receipts?

We will display a receipt for your delivery once the delivery is complete with a breakdown of the litres of fuel delivered and the delivery fee charged.

Your order history will be available in the app soon. If you need a copy of your order history, please reach out to our support team at support@enoclink.ae or call 800-ENOCLINK with your details and request.

Do you support Arabic language in the app?

The ENOC Link app is currently available in English only. We aim to add a full arabic version of the app in the future, enabling you to switch to your preferred language.
